'Waste Management' is a nationwide (even a worldwide) problem and experts all across have invested loads of time & energy in brainstorming sessions and research. Across the horizon - government authorities, municipal bodies, building managements, resident welfare associations, commercial establishments- literally everyone is struggling to find solutions to tackle 'Waste', but still the Landfills are continuously growing and the pollution levels are constantly increasing.

'Waste is Not Waste, unless Wasted' is our mantra; and at 'Max Xchange' we live by our inherent philosophy: 'Except Time, everything is Recyclable'. Nature inspires us and every step we have taken over the last nine (09) years has been guided by a simple fact that 'Nature is the Best Recycler', and nothing in Nature is ever wasted.

Often a ban is imposed on items which pose a threat to the society at large. Single Use Plastics & Multi Layered Plastics are two such items that India along with many other nations have put restrictions on. However even after the said restrictions, the entire food packaging industry thrives on these items, and getting rid of these seem nearly impossible in the foreseeable future.

On the other hand, millions of trees are cut every year to be used in various industries ranging from - construction, furniture, stationery, packaging, etc. What if there was a solution that could address both the above stated issues by following a simple law of 'Nature' - 'Except Time, everything is Recyclable'.

"Be the Change you wish to see in the World" - These words resonate with me and our brand's ethos. A path less taken often leads to unexplored territories and innovative findings. That's had been our journey @ 'Max Xchange'; where we have explored & dealt with the unfamiliar mountains and landscapes of waste. Every time we climbed higher on the mountain of garbage, our vision got clearer and the perspective became focused.

As the caterpillar needs to struggle to open up its bright colorful wings to fly, we too had to scuffle from the stage of being considered as an un-touchable breed of people who were treated worse than the trash itself; to evolving as the torch bearers who are now considered as the change makers, both in terms of the way the waste and the waste-pickers are treated.
